My favorite things to do is cooking, even though I’m still learning. I love making cozy, comforting food: fluffy pancakes with berries and honey for breakfast, creamy pasta with mushrooms and parmesan, or simple Russian-style pelmeni with sour cream when I miss home. I also adore baking – soft cinnamon rolls, apple charlotte or tiny honey-cakes that fill the kitchen with sweet smell. Cooking helps me relax… I put on soft music, dance a little while stirring, and imagine sharing the food with someone special someday.
